Tim started his career with Cadbury Schweppes in the UK in 1981. He has worked through virtually every role in the sales arena, from territory salesman, through regional and national accounts including Wal-Mart and international sales covering Africa. Moving to Malaysia in 2000, Tim was firstly sales director, then general manager for Cadbury. Following Cadbury’s acquisition by Kraft Tim lead the merged sales forces. His development of shopper marketing approaches in Malaysia are recognised across the FMCG industry as a global standard. With a strong interest in capability development, and a continuing focus on “the moment of truth”, Tim is committed to raising the bar of the consumer goods industry, in delivering true shopper-focused brand initiatives.
